Strengthening of Public Utililities Commission
The general objective is to support the Government in establishing the appropriate institutional, legal and regulatory framework to render the Public Utilitites Commission (PUC) fully operational and effective in carrying out its responsibilities.

Completing the legal and regulatory framework for the electric, water and sewerage and telecommunications sectors.
