Program for Reduction of Family Violence
The general objectives of the project are to (i) increase the quality of life for the entire family - especially for women and children - through the application of a comprehensive strategy that will diminish family violence within the Province of Huancayo, Department of Junin; and (ii) collect the necessary information for a nationwide program to diminish family violence. The specific objectives are to (i) facilitate the expedient, efficient and integral assistance to victims of family violence in the Huancayo Province through the establishment of a module against family violence; (ii) foster the people of Huancayo's awareness on family violence and (iii) develop instruction programs on family violence - with an emphasis on gender.
