The objective of this CT is to strengthen the institutional capacities of innovation agencies in Latin America to develop and implement innovation instruments for climate action. This will be achieved through the following specific objectives:(i) the identification of existing challenges and opportunities, with the generation of data based on the intersection between innovation and climate change,(ii) the creation of institutional and coordination capacities for measuring the climate contribution of their instruments, and(iii) the promotion of collective learning and the dissemination of knowledge.
