Positioning Latin America and the Caribbean as a climate ambitious region at COP28
The objective is to build strategic business opportunities for climate action through the IDB's participation at COP28 in the UAE. Specifically, the operation will serve to (1) develop knowledge products to support borrowing member countries on the priorities of the COP28 presidency, (2) communicate on the IDB's climate change agenda and foster dialogue with non-borrowing member countries and other actors of the UN climate negotiations, and (3) further collaboration with other MDBs.
