Strengthen comprehensive public policies against gender-based violence at the regional level for a life free of violence through the creation and strengthening of caregiving communities in four cities in Latin America. The action of the participating cities will allow generating results for collective use at the regional level that point to the adoption of the concept of caring communities for a life free of gender-based violence as well as the consolidation of local networks of agents, generating actions that prevent and attend in a more comprehensive way. gender-based violence and the protection of the most immediate community in the context of the worsening of the problem due to Covid-19.
