Objectives are: 1) finance the contracting of individual experts to assess water utilities through the use of corporate governance and commercial management tools; 2) develop action plans based on the previous diagnosis; 3) prepare loan request documentation as components for IDB operations; and 4) promote access to capital markets for water and sanitation utilities in the region.
