Efficiency and Transparency in Water and Sanitation Operators
The general objective of this Technical Cooperation project is to contribute towards efficiency and transparency of water and sewage utilities so that they provide a good quality service in a sustainable manner. The specific objective of the TC is to develop a system to measure and certify the efficiency and transparency of those utilities so that they could access IDB financing. It is envisioned that this system becomes a practical tool that includes indicators for efficiency and transparency that area easy to understand, measure, and verify.
