The purpose of the project is a strategic plan of action to establish an Advisory Facility to assist countries in dealing with Investor-state disputes (the regional public good). The RPG will enhance the capacity of Latin-American countries to prevent and manage investor-State disputes, thereby strengthening investor confidence in the region.
