The general objective of the project is to support CARICOM member states and the Dominican Republic in strengthening their negotiating capacity in bilateral, regional and multilateral trade negotiations. The specific objectives are to help the CRNM to address new trade negotiation issues and the development dimension of trade and to enhance its results-based management capacity.
