The general objective of this project is to support the effective operation of the CSME through a program of institutional strengthening and public awareness-buidling. The specific objectives are: (i) to strengthen the technical capacity of the CARICOM Secretariat's CSME Unit to guide and support the implementation process; and (ii) to increase public awareness of the CSME's objectives and expected benefits, and of its various mechanisms for participation.
