Emergency Assistance for the Rio Parana Flooding
The objective of the Technical Cooperation is to provide humanitarian aid to those affected by the floods. The Technical Cooperation resources will support the SEN actions through the Paraguayan Red Cross to meet the most urgent needs. SEN and Paraguayan Red Cross will coordinate with the donor community the emergency activities in the affected departments.
