Programs of Districts Improvement
The Paraguayan State has assumed a commitment very important to confront problematic of habitability and the poor women conditions of existing life in the urban districts of the main cities of the Country. This commitment has been ratified, indicating that the development strategy to improve the conditions of life of the population of low income that live in marginal conditions, can take shape through the implantation of a Program of Improvement of Districts, that the social inclusion by means of the improvement of the services of basic infrastructure for the poor men promotes and supports, improves the rights of property of such and, reduces the inequalities in the access opportunities to the services of house.
