The general objective of the CT is to support the Government of Peru (PE) to improve job placement opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (PwD). The specific objectives are (i) to design the conceptual and operational model of a results-based financing pilot for the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE); and (ii) ensure that the key legal and financial elements for the proper implementation of the pilot are considered during its design.
