Support for the improvement of transversal public management systems: procurement, planning, digital services and rule of law

The main objective of the technical cooperation is the improvement and development of good public management in Peru through the strengthening of institutional capacities of key state agencies for the functioning of the state apparatus such as the Strategic Planning Center of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM), the Ministry of Finance (MEF) and other public entities in the management of supply systems, planning, digital services, and others. Likewise, this TC intends to reinforce the different initiatives that are in a germinal state and that will be essential for the modernization of the State and the strengthening of the Rule of Law.
