Supporting the inclusion of women and diverse groups in bioeconomy initiatives
The general objective is to design and implement a training and accompaniment program for women entrepreneurs in biobusiness in the Peruvian Amazon. The specific objectives are: (i) Strengthen productive and business skills for women and their enterprises in Madre de Dios; ii) strengthening the voice and agency of women in the bioeconomy; (iii) mainstreaming the gender and diversity approach in the Itinerant Social Action Platforms (PIAS) with an emphasis on services for strenghtening local businesses. These three objectives include indigenous women working in bioeconomy entrepreneurships.
