CMAC Maynas: Capital Strengthening and Low Income Housing Loan

The objective of the Peruvian MFI Program, through its underlying MFI-specific loans, is to increase the supply of housing solutions and improve housing conditions for low-income communities in Peru. More specifically, the Program will seek to increase the supply of housing financing options, currently scarce due to a lack of long term local currency funding available for the Peruvian MFIs.
