Monitoring and Evaluation Public Policy
The principal objectives are: (i) to strengthen the capacity of STPS to complete the "General Guidelines for Evaluating Federal Public Administration Programs"(Diario Oficial, March 30, 2007), in order to improve the planning for and targeting of social investment programs; and (ii) to support the National Counsel on Evaluation Policy for Social Development (CONEVAL) in its normative role for the government of Mexico regarding matters of Federal Public Administration Programs evaluation, promoting a culture of results by designing indicators, methodologies and information systems to monitor and evaluate the impact of programs.
