Monterrey International City of Knowledge-Master Plan II

To develop a comprehensive master plan for the next steps of the development of Monterrey International City of Knowledge, in Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
The long term goal of the program is to accelerate Nuevo Leon's GDP growth through bolstering a knowledge-based economy. The purpose of the project is to prepare and secure consensus for a Master Plan for Phase II of the MICK. The Master Plan will serve as a roadmap for a five to eight year planning horizon, from 2008 to 2015. It will be detailed enough to identify, sequence and pace key activities to achieve the project's vision.
