The general objective of the program is to reduce the economic vulnerability of older adults in Mexico. The specific objectives are: (i) improve the coverage and benefits of the Non-Contributory Pension (PNC) system; and (ii) improve the coverage, adequacy and equity of the benefits provided by the Contributory Pension (CP) systems.
