Proposed Amendment to Loan 2745/BL-HO
The program's overall objective to "contribute to the prevention and resolution of crime". It hopes to achieve this goal by developing specific actions to improve: i) the effectiveness of the institutional and operational management of the Ministry of Security and the National Police, ii) the ability of criminal investigations, and iii) the management territorial level of coexistence and citizen security in the beneficiary municipalities. The Honduran government, through the executing agency, is launching a set of institutional arrangements in order to adequately address the challenges arising from the implementation of which involves the development of this operation.
