The objective of the TC is to contribute to improving the living conditions of women in Honduras through design and institutional strengthening of the CM program. The specific objectives are: (i) develop and strengthen the design and management services model of the CM program in Honduras; and (ii) strengthen technical and operational capacities of the institutions that will lead City Woman in Honduras .
