Interchange of Experiences for the implementation of 2895/BL-HO

The aim of the operation is the exchange of best practices Hoodlink program in order to improve intervention programs with children and adolescents in the following areas: (i) children at high risk of 6-10 years old introduction to the sport ; (ii) adolescents at high risk introduction to the sport; (iii) program of youth inclusion and employment; and (iv) rebuilding the social fabric of communities at risk.
