Dissemination of Database on Indigenous and Afro-Honduran Professionals
The general objective of this technical cooperation (TC) is to provide information, instruments and methodologies for the inclusion of the indigenous and afro-Honduran population in the national workforce for future development projects. In particular, the TC seeks to disseminate the utilization of a recently developed database on indigenous and afro-Honduran professionals (ATN/NS-8440-HO and ATN/SF-5544-HO-Conceptualizacion) to government institutions, civil society, NGOs, international agencies, and also to the indigenous and afro-Honduran populations. Furthermore, the TC will evaluate and examine the way the different stakeholders make use of the database in order to assess their needs and to provide technical advice.
