ProBosque Operating Regulations
The objective of this consultancy is to present a proposal for a set of Operating regulations for the investment components of the Sustainable Forestry Development Program (Pro-Bosque), based on the project report of the proposed operation. To achieve this objective the following tasks are required: a) Analyze the Project Report and all the pertinent technical Annexes emphasizing the technical and institutional ones. b) Detail all the criteria and parameters related to the investment components, as well as the execution mechanism, and procedures necessary to make it operational.
