Strengthening the Foundations of the Digital Transformation of Public Management

The general objective of this TC is to contribute to strengthen the foundations of the digital transformation of public management in Haiti. To do so, the specific objectives of the project are to (i) strengthen the country's digital transformation strategy and governance, and (ii) support the digital transformation of strategic transversal public management functions of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).
