The objective of the proposed Project Preparation and Execution Facility (PEF) is to support the design of the Support for Competitiveness Program (GY-L1006). The specific objective of the PEF is to finance the activities necessary for the timely preparation and the initial execution of the referenced program.

The activities identified for financing under the proposed PEF include: (i) Technical advisory services required for program preparation; (ii) Program Management Support to facilitate coordination among involved ministries and government agencies; and (iii) Activities to initiate program execution
