Enhacement of the capabilities to manage investment projects
The CT is aimed to support the efforts of the Ministry of Finance of Guatemala, through its Public Credit Directorate, to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the administration and monitoring of the public investment projects implemented by Central Government entities; through the strengthening of capacities of civil servants and the instrumental framework for the monitoring of execution.
