The purpose of the Technical Cooperation is to strengthen the human capital of the Ministry of Finance (MINFIN) in macro and micro fiscal issues, fiscal analysis, management of domestic and international debt, and macroeconomic issues and the development of analytical tools and models micro simulation to add value to conceptual and technical strength capabilities to be built with technical staff MINFIN.
