The general objective of this TC consists of the data verification, tabulation and strategic analysis of the information to produce a national records of public servants updated, the catalogue of positions and their wages updated and a new set of strategies and actions to improve the public sector human resource management, redirecting it towards a better service provision for the citizens of Guatemala.
