The objective of technical cooperation is to support the exchange of experiences between the Ministry of Housing of El Salvador with the Ministry of Housing of Colombia to: (a) organize meetings with the national government of Colombia to discuss the experience of housing policy in the country and social housing programs promoted by the Ministry of Housing; and (b) with the local government of Medellín to learn about the projects that transform the city, as well as the integral relationships that address social imbalances in it. The focus of the visits will be the integral urban projects, mobility strategies and public space, the programs of integral improvement of neighborhoods in conflict zones and territorial strategies aimed at reducing crime.
