Job training for retraining and job integration in the TICs sector of Ecuador

The general objective of this TC is to contribute to improving the employability of young people, women and the population in a situation of human mobility through the implementation of labor training initiatives for retraining in digital skills and labor intermediation in Ecuador. The specific objectives of the initiative are: (i) Develop an evaluation of the impact of the implementation of professional training in data analytics with the participation of young people and women, Ecuadorians in age groups from 15 to 18 years and from 19 to 35 years and people in a situation of human mobility with the certification provided by Google in addition to the inclusion of labor intermediation and vocational guidance as complements to the process; and (ii) contribute to the dissemination of the findings identified in the impact evaluation.
