Support to design and implementation of the Strengthening the Ecosystem to Prevent and Address Violence Against Women Program in the Dominican Republic

The general objective of the TC is to support the Ministry of Women in the implementation of a model of prevention, protection and comprehensive reparation of violence against women, which is effective, efficient and sustainable. The specific objectives of the TC are: (i) Strengthen the National School of Equality as a gender education platform for the prevention of violence; (ii) Strengthen the national system for the protection of victims of violence against women; (iii) Strengthen the Ministry of Women's comprehensive reparation system for women victims of violence; and (iv) Strengthen the Ministry of Women's management capacity.
