The objective of the TC is to contribute to the implementation of the gender route of the National Institute for Women (INAMU). The specific objectives are: (i) Strengthen public-private partnerships through the gender parity initiative. (ii) Optimize the processes of INAMU's gender pathway and its Gender Equality Seal programs and the recognition of good practices. (iii) Strengthen the institutional capacity of INAMU and give sustainability to the Violet Points and Safe Spaces of the GBV route within the framework of the gender route. The TC and the incorporation of the IPG is presented as a key strategy to close these gaps, by strengthening synergies between the public and private sectors and implementing effective policies and programs that support gender equality in the workplace.
