ECOSEA: Innovation in Aquaculture
The project will aim to support innovation in the field of circular economy and climate-smart aquaculture with solutions whose main input is copper. In this sense, Ecosea will produce ecological fishing nets for sustainable fish farming in places and conditions where other types of fishing nets should not be used. It is important to indicate that these aquaculture solutions also incorporate the use of IoT technologies to monitor the life of the sea and the fish within the copper networks, generating a positive impact on the marine ecosystem and climate change.
