The objective of this Technical Cooperation is support the Brazilian Government to do a benchmarking of procedures in infrastructure projects involving the private sector, identifying the best practices and experiences of Latin American and Caribbean countries, with the intention of expanding the instruments which can be used to increase the attractiveness and legal certainty in projects, and to identify new strategies to develop the process of structuring financing to stimulate the attraction of potential private investors.
