Strengthening Public Safety
The specific objectives of this technical cooperation project are: (i) to implement a data collection system on crime and violence that can increase the capacity of the GoB to develop policies and programs in crime prevention; (ii) to promote police-community integrated approaches (iii) to carry out a systematic review of available crime and violence prevention programs at the community level. The technical cooperation project will be implemented in three capital cities (La Paz, Cochabamba, and Santa Cruz) and in a medium size city (El Alto).
