The general objective is to contribute to the decarbonization of the Bolivian electrical system through the implementation of Energy Efficiency (EE) measures in PA systems. The specific objectives for this operation will be: (i) reduce the expenditure and consumption of electrical energy by Public Lighting (AP) systems by replacing conventional luminaires with LED technology and incorporating digital technologies; and (ii) contribute to the institutional strengthening of the Autonomous Municipal Governments (GAM) for the management of PA systems.
