Support for the Preparation and Implementation of the Second Phase of the Community Action for Citizen Safety (CAPS II)

The objective of the proposed TC is to support the Government of Belize in the design and preparation of the second phase of the CAPS Program (BL-L1023). More specifically, this TC will contribute to strengthen the technical and political dialogue, within the country and among citizen security entities, around specific issues of violence affecting vulnerable population, specially youth and women. The TC will generate new knowledge and strategic inputs for the discussion and for the design of CAPS II.
