The overall objective is to support the improvement of the operational efficiency and technological capabilities of National Insurance and Social Security Service (NISSS), while also increasing citizen engagement and satisfaction. This will include support to strengthening of operational management, information technology systems, and mechanisms to increase contributions from self-employed individuals, the program aims to modernize services, optimize processes, and ultimately improve the overall experience for stakeholders involved in the NISSS.
