The objective of the technical cooperation is to provide support for the preparation of the Neighborhood Improvement and Transformative Urban Interventions Program (PROMEBA V). The TC will support aspects related to the effectiveness of PROMEBA V in the areas of resilience and mitigation of climate change, gender equality, support for the economic integration of residential communities and the migrant population to host communities. In addition, this TC will generate knowledge and capacities to address the impact of climate change on migration and risk mitigation in informal settlements. To this end, the technical and management capacities of the Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat (MDTyH), the executing agency responsible for this operation, will be strengthened.
