ME0244 : Opportunities Phase I

The overall objective of the program is to increase the rate of human capital accumulation in households living in extreme poverty, by improving their education, health and food consumption. The specific objectives of the program are (i) consolidate the rural interventions in education, health and food consumption to ensure medium and long term impacts, (ii) increase coverage to the urban area, (iii) increase operational efficiency, and (iv) continue impact evaluation.
