IDB launches 2020 call for proposals for regional projects in Latin America and Caribbean

Deadline for accepting proposals for Regional Public goods is April 15, 2020 On  February 14, 2020, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) will launch the 2020 Call for Proposals for the Regional Public Goods (RPG) Initiative in Latin America and the Caribbean, which supports projects involving three or more countries.

IDB to unveil study about productivity in Latin America and the Caribbean

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) will present tomorrow in Cancún, Mexico, a comprehensive study about productivity levels in Latin America and the Caribbean and its impact on economic growth. The findings are part of the upcoming IDB book The Age of Productivity: Transforming Economies from the Bottom Up. The book helps explain why economic growth in Latin America and the Caribbean has lagged behind of other regions of the world and it provides recommendations for policymakers on how to improve productivity.
