Mario Covas Rodoanel Project - Northern Section - Request II
Country: Brazil
Reception date: April, 1 2015
Current Status: Closed
Requesters:
Confidential.
The Request alleged possible damages in the house where the family of the Requester lived, due to the construction of the highway.
The Requester alleged that his property should be considered eligible for the expropriation program.
On April 4th, 2015, the MICI granted a maximum term of 10 business days to the Requester to submit the additional required information for the processing of the Request.
Within that period, the Requester informed the MICI that he had not contacted Management and that he was going to proceed to do so. In case of no response, he had the intention of submitting a Request to the Mechanism.
The Request was not registered for not having received the requested information within the 10 business days. Thus, the processing of the Request at that time was terminated.
Recently, the Requester informed the MICI that the Executing Agency was taking care of his case.
