La politique relative à l’accès à l’information est un instrument approuvé par le Conseil d’administration de la BID, conçu pour élever les normes de transparence de la Banque au niveau le plus élevé des pratiques internationales, assurant ainsi une plus grande responsabilité dans l’exécution de ses projets et activités.
