The project has the objectives of: (i) Sensitize SMEs about the importance of implementing quality and environmental management systems as a means of increasing productivity and competitiveness in today's markets (ii) Train internal auditors in the firms and external auditors in order to build the base of technical expertise required to istill and evaluate quality and environmental management processes (iii) Offer tehnical assistance to SMEs to implement systems in accordance with the norms of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. (iv) Realize the implementation in 400 SMEs of ISO 9000 and 40 SMEs of ISO 14000.
