The general objective of this operation is to improve living conditions for vulnerable communities related to their basic food, health, and social inclusion needs. Its specific objectives are to (i) support food safety; (ii) improve access to and use of integrated essential care throughout the life span; (iii) increase access to safe, stimulant environments for the comprehensive development and inclusion of young children and youths; and (iv) strengthen the capacity of the public sector to manage community-based, integrated human security interventions.
