The general objective of the program is to contribute to reducing economic damages and losses related to Climate Change (CC) by enhancing the climate resilience of the country's bridge infrastructure. The specific objectives are: (i) to improve the efficiency of transportation services in prioritized projects; (ii) to enhance the climate resilience of the intervened infrastructure; (iii) to improve the accessibility of rural populations to health and education services and of local producers to markets.
