Expand the scope of the Neighborhood Improvement Program (PMB) (4651/OC-UR), linking the vulnerable immigrant population and its receiving community. The specific objectives aligned with this program are: (i) to promote urban integration through the provision of basic formal infrastructure, adequate social and urban services, guaranteeing secure property tenure and improving social capital, with climate change considerations; and (ii) to provide affordable housing for the low-income population, while recovering degraded urbanized spaces in the historic center of Montevideo.
