The TC's objectives are two-fold; (i) to contribute to the improvement of public sector management in the Ministry of Finance by increasing the capacity and knowledge of the management team in the areas of leadership, communication, project and change management; and (ii) to improve the technical capacity of the executing agency to aid policy decision making at the leadership level of the organization. This TC aims to address some of the deficiencies of the management team of the DOTC, complementing the goals of the FISEG program, through the provision of expert mentorship, coaching to the senior management team of the DOTC and the development of technical studies in key areas to aid policy decision making at the leadership level of the organization.
