Supporting Policy Agenda Designs for Institutional Capacity & Rule of Law in Incoming Governments

To foster the creation of effective, efficient, transparent and accountable public institutions in the LAC region, therefore, strengthening the capacity of the state for delivering effective public policies and services. This TC will support the government of Colombia, Brazil, Paraguay, México y Argentina during their respective government transition periods by supporting their efforts to prepare and design plans and policies geared at addressing inefficient bureaucracy, corruption, crime and inadequate digital processes, all of them to meet the central goal of strengthening their State's technical and operational capacity.
